Many brokers, owners, managers, and sales associates from around the Caribbean and Atlantic Island region recently spent two days at the Coldwell Banker International Business Conference (IBC), at the Henry B. Gonzales Convention Center in San Antonio, TX. The theme of the conference was ‘Bullish in any market’ and focused on innovative strategies to retain and grow market share in a challenging real estate environment.
Coldwell Banker Island Affiliates Sales Associates won top sales awards for 2008: Sales agents in the Bermuda. St Kitts-Nevis, and Bahamas offices won Top Agent Awards.
A new affiliate in Curacao was welcomed into the company. The office, formerly ChowMar, NV Real Estate, is in Willemstad.
Three different offices with the Coldwell Banker Island Affiliate System have secured the top listing on the island. Our office, in the BVI, won with a $11,000,000 custom villa named ‘Raku’ located on the beautiful island if Virgin Gorda. The others were in Aruba and St. Maarten.
